The artist was born on November 26 1986 in Santa Monica California in the United States of America. She is the child of her dad Vincenzo and her maternal grandmother Valerie Barba. In 2006, they moved with their parents together with their families to Point Pleasant New Jersey. Red Bank Catholic High School was where she completed the formal education she needed in New Jersey. She graduated from Catholic University in New Jersey with a bachelor's degree. Additionally, she began playing the violin from the age of four and was known as the Violin Girl. It was because of her ability that she got by the name Violin Girl. The children of her neighborhood were taught to play violin by her.
